The room is a nice size with comfy beds and good breakfast. Very efficient staff and comfortable and absolutely perfect location make it a great choice! the in-house restaurant is good, serves fresh dishes.

The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable and magnificent location not far from the restaurant and the tram.

Restaurant to expensive for the quality

Clean, efficient chain hotel with family friendly facilities. Edge of city, so you need to use car or public transport to get to city centre (15-20mins by tram). All staff wear badges indicating language skills - so very good for non-Italian speakers.

Service efficient but not very friendly. Given that many customers are visiting as part of holiday more tourist information would be helpful.

Comfy bed in the standard room is top-notch! You also get a safe, mini-bar, and even a sofa bed. 🛏️ Great spot for a holiday with stunning views of snow-capped mountains!

The room was large and comfortable and the food and breakfast at the restaurant was great.

Too hot in the rooms and a/c is controlled by the hotel. The hotel is out of nowhere. Personal transport is a must. The limited number of staff have to cope with the restaurant and bar at the same time. I waited 25minutes at the bar until someone came to serve me, then another 10 minutes to get my drink.

The room we booked was outstanding and absolutely perfect with all facilities, and this place is marvelous, being close enough to the town center and the city by car.
